Welcome to Master Move. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access and use of mastermove.io (“Site”), the Master Move Plus membership, and the Executive Circle community. By accessing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

1. Membership & Subscription

1.1 Eligibility

To join Master Move Plus, you must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement.

1.2 Subscription Plans & Payments

Master Move offers monthly, quarterly, and annual subscription plans.
Payment is charged upfront for each billing period.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the next billing cycle.

1.3 Cancellations & Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time by visiting your account settings.
We do not offer refunds for partially used billing periods.
The 30-day trial applies only to new members and may be revoked if abuse is detected.

2. Executive Circle Community Guidelines

2.1 Code of Conduct

By participating in the Executive Circle, you agree to:
✅ Engage professionally and respectfully with other members.
✅ Avoid spam, harassment, or self-promotion unrelated to discussions.
✅ Respect confidentiality and refrain from sharing private information without permission.

2.2 Content & Moderation

We reserve the right to moderate, remove, or restrict access to any content that violates these guidelines.
Violations may result in temporary or permanent suspension of your membership.

3. Membership & Subscription

3.1 Ownership & Licensing

All content on Master Move—including articles, videos, podcasts, and downloadable resources—is owned by Master Move LLC or licensed for use.
Members may access and use content for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

3.2 Prohibited Uses

🚫 You may NOT:
- Copy, redistribute, or resell any Master Move content.
- Use any content for competitive business purposes without permission.
- Record, distribute, or publicly share exclusive member-only content.
Unauthorized use may result in membership termination and legal action.

4. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

4.1 No Guarantee of Results

Master Move provides educational and career development content, but we do not guarantee job placement, promotions, or specific career outcomes.

4.2 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Master Move is not responsible for any decisions, financial outcomes, or career moves made based on our content.
We are not liable for any technical disruptions, data loss, or third-party service failures affecting your access to our services.
